Diaphonized Pinky Mice
This is a photograph of 3 pinky mice that were undergoing the final processing stages of diaphonization. We were one of the first shops and animal processors to bring this process to consumers to own and appreciate in their own home. The process is rapidly growing in popularity, but we have several years of experience and wholesaling our finished product behind us. You can be sure our specimens are properly preserved for longevity and beauty.
A selection of diaphonized specimens.
A view of one of our store shelves
This contains several various animal skulls, some funerary items and two different exploded skulls created by Greg, along with a peek at our sample teeth and stereoscopic skin disease cards.
Antique Human Skeleton
Meet Uncle Charlie, He is ever present in our shop. He is an antique medical skeleton that was previously owned by an Oddfellow's lodge and used in their ceremonies. He is a half skeleton which means he has no legs, but the rest of him is intact. His skull is uncut. He comes with his custom built coffin with it's original maker's label. Please contact us if you're interested in purchasing Uncle Charlie (and be aware he is a smoker)
Guillotine Duck
A creation by Heather, this customer photo of guillotine duck going to his new home.
Parakeet
This little budgie came to us already stuffed and Greg altered and mounted him in this amazing position.
This is a wet preserved animal heart.
This heart was beautifully displayed in a heart shaped jar.
We do all sorts of preparations and chemical processing ourselves. Rest assured that your specimens are ethically obtained and are professionally preserved for life.

Fetal badger wet specimen
This poor little guy was lost when his mother was hit by a car. Here he is preserved for all time for your cabinet of curiosities.
Nature cleaned bones
We always have some inexpensive bones in stock like these nature cleaned bones. Some we sell and others are used for projects. Ask when you're in and we may have some that you can't see!
The Dore Bible Gallery
This is a beautiful compilation of artwork done for various bibles by the famed Gustave Dore. We usually have at least one book in stock illustrated by him as he is one of our favorites. We have dozens and dozens of antique books, many religious and medical. If you don't see it, ask!
Vintage polio braces
We always have leg braces, prosthetic arms and legs and other useful antique and vintage medical devices in stock. We can't get enough!
Vintage Black Wildebeest Mount
This is another gorgeous European style mount of a rare African specimen. We purchase taxidermy estates and this came from the estate of a lifelong conservationist. His collection brought us numerous beautiful skull and taxidermy mounts to share with you.
Beautiful Warthog
We have had many pig skulls, and many taxidermy boar specimens but this warthog is an incredible example of vintage taxidermy. It is massive and has been mounted with a beautifully lifelike expression.
Diaphonized snake vertebrae
These are sections of diaphonized snake vertebrae in small vials. These can easily be made into pendants like our mouse part pendants. We take custom orders on diaphonized specimens (based on animals available to us at any given time)
Taxidermy Rooster
This speckled rooster taxidermy is an example of the kind of modern taxidermy we will buy and sell, naturally deceased animals repurposed as items of decorative beauty.
